Who do you love helping:
I love helping those who have goals for themselves, whether it’s improving their fitness or their moods, and are enthusiastic about the WORK! I’m also passionate about helping other dancers, athletes and movers who want to increase their strength and mobility by adding the challenging conditioning in Pilates to spark their performance.
